สาขาวิชาชีวเคมี ได้เป็นเจ้าภาพจัดอบรมวันที่ 19 ม.ค. 2026 เน้นการทำงานด้าน Genomics/Multiomics ตั้งแต่ NGS workflow การจัดการ/ถ่ายโอนข้อมูลและการประมวลผลบน Amazon Web Services ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ฝึกใช้ Nextflow บน AWS Batch และ AWS HealthOmics/Healthomics workflows เพื่อสร้าง workflow สำหรับ WGS/RNA-seq

Hosted by the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Medicine, Khon Kaen University (19 Jan 2026).
The session highlighted Genomics/Multiomics, covering NGS workflows, data transfer/storage/management best practices, and AWS compute.
Participants gained hands-on experience with Nextflow on AWS Batch and AWS HealthOmics/Healthomics workflows for WGS/RNA-seq pipelines.
